Introducing the BLU 145: Blue Lines’ New Design For Oil Spill Response

Measuring 12.5 meters length and 3.6 meters breadth, this compact yet powerful craft is specifically designed to promptly intervene in the isolation of oil spills accidentally released into the water.

Since 2018, Blue Lines has been involved in projects with a major impact in reducing water surface pollution. In pursuit of this objective, our team has developed various projects for multifunctional vessels capable of isolating and recovering both hydrocarbons and floating solid waste.

The latest addition to this list is our new vessel design: the BLU 145 Oil Spill Response Boat.
Measuring 12.5 meters length and 3.6 meters breadth, this compact yet powerful craft is specifically designed to promptly intervene in the isolation of oil spills accidentally released into the water.

Created for rapid response tasks, the BLU 145 is equipped with an inflatable dam winch capable of handling up to 4 tons. Its innovative design allows for the assisted launching and retrieval of inflatable dams from both the stern and bow ends, enhancing operational flexibility and efficiency.

One of the standout features of the project is its active stability technology, which ensures the vessel remains stable during spill response operations. This technology is vital for maintaining safety and effectiveness in challenging conditions, allowing the boat to perform reliably even in adverse weather or rough waters.

As we unveil the BLU145 oil spill response boat design, we are excited to further our work in environmental protection. We look forward to helping our clients preserve sea environments and promote clearer waterways through impactful and sustainable design solutions.
