BLU 131 Ro-Ro Pontoon is an ingenious pontoon design provided with quay access ramp for unloading and loading trucks from Ro-Pax ships to the quay. The pontoon allows the movement of trucks in one-way traffic, by rotation, with the complete unloading of the Ro-Pax ship and then with reverse flow.
The design of the pontoon and the ramp takes into account the specifications / particularities of the quay, without modification of the current quay design, so that unloading / loading operations can be performed even in unfavorable weather conditions like wind, snow or ice.
