BLU 115 Inland Ice Class Tug represents our vision for the design of a modern tug boat. Beyond the usual towing role, this vessel is built to intervene promptly when ice forms on the water surface, breaking it up to ensure safe navigation along the inland Danube sector.

In emergencies such as a fire on board another ship, a towing requirement or a vessel in distress, the tug is designed to offer assistance within the shortest possible response time. Its ice-class hull and twin 1000 HP engines give it the strength and endurance to keep working through the winter season, when conventional tugs would be held back by ice.
